Michael Bradford is a strategic finance leader with extensive experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and organizational planning. Throughout his career, he has specialized in driving growth through actionable insights, efficient forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

As FP&A Manager at Compex Legal Services, Michael partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. He leads budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives, leveraging tools like Power BI to enhance visibility, accuracy, and performance across the organization.

Previously, Michael served in multiple finance roles with NEC Corporation of America and NEC National Security Systems, where he built and optimized FP&A processes, developed financial models supporting multimillion-dollar portfolios, and advised senior executives on risk management and profitability strategies.

Michael is also the Founder of Turtle Credit, a financial education platform that empowers communities with practical knowledge about credit and personal finance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, attended the London School of Economics, and earned a Certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online.
